Life Coaching is something that people seek out at times in their lives when they know things aren’t working, but aren’t sure how to make changes. They know that they aren’t happy, but aren’t sure what they want to change. Differing from counselling, it focuses on you, how you want to be and what you want to achieve.
The tools we use to accomplish that are varied. They include looking at life patterns and the beliefs we have about ourselves and the world we live in, and then releasing the ones that no longer serve us. In a nutshell, coaching can often be simply learning to think differently – learning to think in positive ways that support who we want to be.
Having dealt with past experiences which are affecting ‘now’, coaching concentrates on the path ahead. The power of coaching when coupled with EFT and Psych-K means that clearing the limiting beliefs and letting go of the negative feelings become a simple process.
Many of us run ‘core beliefs’ which prevent us living rewarding and satisfying lives. These beliefs are usually based on experiences in our childhood and, once they are recognised as limiting our lives now, we can change the emotions and learn to feel good about ourselves.
Pam’s style of Life Coaching focuses on YOU. The areas you want to change, the goals you want to set, the relationships and experiences you want in your life. There is no set pattern to a coaching session – whilst we do work as a partnership, the goal is to achieve your dreams and get you feeling great about yourself.
